Council Masters today off my Calco Hcp of 16 and shot a 36 comprised of 2 x 18!!! #propergolfer! Parred a 424yd par 4 but ruined the card with a 10 at the par 5 17th… Word round the campfire is that D Bell is wearing out the token machine at Bury St Edmunds driving range…

Went to range last night with Ferny. People were gathering around him just to watch him swing. I pretended to be his agent and charged people 50p. Just had 9 holes with Martin Crossfield at the manor !
And just had my first eagle on a par 4 🙂 137 yard 9 iron and watched it roll in 🙂 ended up with 20 points so not bad Martin was very steady and ended up with 18 points
Roll on Portugal and lets hope the flyer gets to the final

Quick 9 holes with Hardwick tonight at ‘His Manor’ nice to see him 3 putt the 1st from 12 feet for bogey ahead of his putting lesson tomorrow but he’s looking good otherwise taking the fiver 3&1. Is it right the occasion usually gets to him though??
