Council Masters today off my Calco Hcp of 16 and shot a 36 comprised of 2 x 18!!! #propergolfer! Parred a 424yd par 4 but ruined the card with a 10 at the par 5 17th… Word round the campfire is that D Bell is wearing out the token machine at Bury St Edmunds driving range…

Disastrous reappearance on the course for me yesterday scoring just 28 off 20 on an easy course… Add in my Calco hcp and the difficulty factor of Portugal and I’m looking antlered….. Going to get straight back on the horse and play the same course tomorrow (our work comp allows you to play a ‘joker’ if you really mess up a round…)

Well Wallis (S) and Ephremesen have been strolling round some top notch courses in Scotland – some strolling slower than others judging by the videos on facebook… Ominously quiet from 5/1 fav Burke; preparing a big charge this year I think. I am playing in a MEDAL (whatever the frick that is) on August 29th on Fistral beach, Newquay golf club. YES thats right i am playing in a TEAM now :-))) Let’s see how long they can put up with me

I’ve just seen Martin Crossfield packing his golf bag after hearing he’s drawn Dave Bell, Calla and Gav in his fourball – He’s got 9 irons, 3 woods, sand iron, putter, a folding chair, a newspaper, ear plugs and a length of rope…….

Spoke to Gav earlier and he said, “just so long as I’m not out with Dave Bell..” !!!!!! HAHAHA and he gets Calla as well!!! I can’t believe Gav’s still at 50/1 – I’d have pushed him out to 250/1 by now after that draw!!!!!

Greetings Northern Monkeys. Glad to see I’ve been replaced on the handicap committee by a far better man than me! I should be off 20 btw Chris 😉 . Looking forward to Bells Bookies opening for business. Hope to receive some pukka information from the warm-up event, cut off as I am from the rest of humanity by Operation Stack……
