mightily impressed with the personalised scorecards , along with the website ! top work by the SAS . as always never fail to impress . As for the spelling mistake on the Saturday announcement sheet I`m used to it Calla !!

I think there’s the semi finals next week Gav, hope you got on him ante post , I’ve got a feeling he’s going to do the business, what a first night in Portugal that would be !!

Playing Crows Nest tomorrow ,which is in the worldwide top 10 nine hole courses. Messrs Baldwin, Fearnsides & Fleming make up an all Calco 4 ball. Should be interesting ! Ferny is above his station with golf at mo, i would have him off 11 or 12, he plays golf more than i play my ipod 🙂 he’s good for a tricast on the dogs though…

The Flyer is joint 9/4 fav for tonights heat, he was 3/1 early doors with Paddy Power. Prices range from 14`s to 20`s for him to win it outright. Got a feeling it`s his turn to show us what he is capable of. The final will be shown live on Sky at that bar we meet in downtown Albufeira. I have invested !!

Has the Calco Flyer now qualified for the final or is there another round two go? How good will that be watching the Flyer win the final on the first night of the Calco…….are they sending the Sky camera crew over to film us and interview Keith?

Had another round with 2 Calco boys on Friday, Micky B was his usual off the tee but did a bit of fannying around to finis on 31 pts . We were playing off our Calco handicaps & no gimmes Mr Hardwick !! A quick review of yesterday’s golf at the picturesque Woodsome Hall ,where a few Calco boys were on show after various lessons, swing changes etc. Bad prep by AK, on the lash from 6-30pm till 3-30 am but managed a creditable 31pts.
